Week 12 – End of August and FISH!

We are proud to announce the we have a truly local fish monger at market this week! Fritz’s True Caught Seafoods is an Enumclaw-owned business that has just returned from the Bristol Bay fishery with some pretty darn gorgeous fish! We are very proud to have them participate for the rest of the season. Show them some marine cuisine love and pick up your sockeye salmon, halibut and sablefish. Fritz only participates in Des Moines Waterfront Farmers Market and our market in 2019. This truly is a major catch for Enumclaw!

We are closing out August with some really great produce from our regular vendors and they are also transitioning to some fall favorites including delicata squash, fall brassicas, root veggies, etc. But this warm weather still means lots of tomatoes and peppers!

Stock up for your Labor Day barbeque with meat, fish and veggies, as well as other tasty treats!

Oh, and we have also launched our annual Pig Raffle Fundraiser! Stop by the Market Information Tent and pick up your tickets to win a whole pig. Tickets are $5 per ticket or 5 tickets for $20.

And we will be announcing the details about Edible Enumclaw (where the Pig Raffle winning ticket is drawn) very soon!
