Week 6 – King County Fair Week!

The 157th King County Fair kicks off on Thursday morning at 10:00 am over at the Enumclaw Expo Center. If you hit the fair early, be sure to stop by the market on your way home to pick up some fresh local produce. We will have a few vendors missing this week, but don’t let that keep you away!

This week, Farmer Steve from Cedar Spring Farm will have garlic and loads of other fresh produce. Farmer Will at Good and True Farm (in the same tent as Farmer Steve) has some awesome carrots (check out the fresh photo from last week)!

We have multiple vendors with blueberries just like last week. Small Blessings Farm, Polka Dot Farmer and Hayton Farms all sold out or nearly sold out of the big blue pearls.

Ode to Joy Farm and Hell or High Water Farm will a both have eggs and produce this week. Meadowwood will have meat, eggs and fresh, local raw milk (other markets don’t have this!).

Both local breweries (Cole Street Brewery and Headworks Brewing Co.) will be offering tastings and beer swag.

William at Wulff Cutlery and More can sharpen whatever you need! From lawnmower blades to chef knives to your finest fabric scissors, he does it all!

Neighborlady Cheese will have something great to pair with your veggies from the produce farmers.

And market-goer favorite and board member Kamielle with Kismet Pottery will be back with some newly-fired creations. If you don’t have the market mug yet, get to market early. They are a hot commodity with a portion of the sale being benefitting the market!

Of course, Blue Barn Kettlecorn will hook you up with your favorite flavors!
